With how close this race for the playoffs was and how it came down to game 81... It makes you appreciate every single point the team scratched and clawed for along the way. There are too many moments to list them all.

-The schlemko
-Comeback against Ottawa... 4 goals in the final 15 minutes to steal a point!!!
-comeback against boston... 3 goals in the third to tie it and win in OT.
-Johnny blocking a shot against Dallas and then sprawling on the ice to stop a pass for a wide open net
-and, of course... The season saving comeback against LA before the Christmas break to end the 8 game losing streak... lead by a legendary natural hattrick by Johnny to tie it and the fearless power move by the captain to win it in OT.

I know there are many, many more comebacks and game-saving moments that I haven't put here but that shows just how amazing this season has been.

Go get 'em in the playoffs boys!! We're not done yet!!!

Awesome.
Perry Berezan had a good observation along these lines on Fan960 this morning. They were talking about how both Monahan and Gaudreau want to be the guy with the puck on his stick looking to strike that dagger through your heart. But when they do score, they don't go off and celebrate their own achievement. They go straight to the guy who made the pass and celebrate with them. These boys know the value of the team.

AC, while you're making sweet clips, can we get a clip of the amazing Hudler slapper?

For all the criticism he got this season, Raymond's backpressure and setup is likely the most important moment of the entire season.

That play sealed the Kings fate and he should get so much more credit from this fanbase for that play in the defensive end.

Kudos to Raymond, a really good defensive game when we really needed it. Who would have thought?
Hiller was solid, a really calming presence in the net.
Hudler seems to be playing hurt, but that isn't stopping the points.
Ferland, what a way to step up.
Of course the usual suspects, Gaudreau, Monahan, Hudler, Russell... etc.

This gave a lot of confidence for the playoffs. There's a lot of dangerous teams in the mix, but we are certainly one of them.

Oh, and I totally approve Hartley going with Bollig. 4th line veteran presence was welcome. I have rarely had such confidence in a coaching staff. These guys really seem to know what they're doing.
Oh my god, Raymond was HORRIBLE offensively. I have no idea how he has a steady spot in this lineup.

But today is a happy day. More on Raymond in the future.

does anyone have a clip of Schlemko trying to lay a massive hit and landing on his head?

It happened at our blue line in the first period. Probably around the 10 minute mark.

Was the weirdest hit i had ever seen!

Would also love a clip of Ferland absolutely destroy Nolan.

That was the pushback the team needed.

Ferland also made an amazing pass I believe towards the start of the 2nd that almost ended up in a breakaway, but it was amazing because it got Calgary a line change and prevented the kings counter attack by getting it out of the zone/dangerous area.

Ferland is a player for sure.
