Philly would give a team Papelbon for free if they would eat the full salary!
The Phillies are willing to eat most of it for a decent prospect, but zero chance you trade a Sanchez in the deal.
Think 1 guy rated 7-12 organizationally and another prob 15-20ish guy, with Philly eating 7 million a year.

2 relievers would be great. However, if they can skate by until Aug/Sep, you have to wonder if Hoffman could be a late inning power arm for a Sep callup. There's also the longshot that is Stroman. Add those 2 guys to the bullpen and it's remarkably better.
