Having a 2-0 series lead is huge, its undeniable if the Hawks lose the SCF that will be a major reason.

Chara took a page from the book co-written by Mark Messier and Bobby Clarke - You do anything and everything to win
Good on him.

To me it was boston being stronger from 2nd period to the end.
It wasn't as big of a difference in play as this game though.

You know someone is an absolute physical monster (Chara) when they manhandle someone else who is 6'4" 233lbs.

Generally when a game goes to overtime, there isn't much room for error.

The Hawks are behind for a number of reasons....
They are losing the majority of the faceoffs and as a result are chasing after the puck as opposed to being on the attack.
Hawk players are not going to the net and creating traffic. Rask is seeing the vast majority of the shots he is facing.
Toews and Kane have not been a factor in this series and need to be. You need offence from your best players if you want a chance of winning the series.
The Bruins have done a great job of clogging the neutral zone and putting pressure on the Hawks dmen.Turnovers that result in scoring chances.
Hawks PP has been a joke. Some of the credit has to go to the Bruins and thier great penalty killing.
If things don't change this series will be over in 5 games.

Trying to remember a team in recent history that has the ability to absolutely suffocate good offensive teams to death like the Bruins.
Imagine if you're Toews or even Crosby. First, you deal with Bergeron, who's as good a defensive forward as there is in the league. Get past him, and you likely run smack dab into the best all-around defensive player of his generation in Zdeno Chara. Beat 'em both, and THEN you get to try and beat Rask.

Incredible momentum swing no doubt about it. If Chicago had gone into Boston up 2 games, even losing two in Boston would not be the end of the world, they could come back home and win game 5.
Now it looks grim for Chicago, they have nothing going at all.

More good news for the NHL.
The Stanley Cup finals’ Game 2 drew the most viewers for the NHL on NBC Sports Network since the cable channel started televising the league in 2006.
The Boston Bruins’ 2-1 overtime win over the Chicago Blackhawks on Saturday night averaged 3.96 million viewers. That’s more than triple the 1.18 million for the first finals game on the network last year, Game 3 between the Devils and Kings.
