What does that have to do with anything? Plenty of area's of work have entire teams let go because someone at the head is let go, why should this be any different.

And I ask you, an honest question, Feaster has already had a few very near misses and horrible decisions (thinking we were a contending team to which he has already admitted he was wrong), do we really have to wait for a colossal screw up that further devastates this organization to end his "real time on the job"?

I think Feaster is the kind of GM who makes mediocre moves. Nothing is a horrible loss or a huge win. It is undeniable that this team is trending downward since he took over. (granted he inherited a sinking ship) That being said, Feaster and his team have made a couple of really horrible blunders that require accountability. Time for someone else in the driver's seat imo.

I think Feaster would be a great player agent, since he is good at negotiating No-Trade/No Movement Clauses.

It was a trade deadline deal for a 7th pick.

That's worth a read. I made a lot of assumptions about him, but Mayor Bee(who is CBJ fan, and extremely knowledgeable about the NHL) really opens one's eyes. It's well worth your time.
i sort of skimmed that epic dissertation on Howson - Mayor Bee must be single with a lot of time on his hands - anywyas, Howson still does not overly excite me any more that Feaster. I still think we need to stop the merry go round of coaches, and have some organizational stability.

Burke seems like an interesting chioce, but he is such a blowhard, although maybe he learned something. I sort of like Fenton as well, it would also be nice to pry Nill out of Detriot - but it seems easier to leave the Church of Scientology than the Wings organization........

Nenshi makes a joke about the Flames sucking at the Ralph Klein memorial... camera pans to Ken King.

At least Burke would have some Balls and perhaps some "intellectual honesty"...lol

Feaster is a joke. A yes man, a puppet and a weasel. Started out "helping Sutter". Curious how Sutter has never commented on the "help" Jay gave him perhaps it was help packing...

The Sutter "help" then replacement made him a Pariah in the Hockey management community.
The whole "intellectual honestly" line of bull#### blew his credibility with the fans.
His track record on trades has been a blow to his hockey credibility.

In my mind, getting rid of him is the FLAMES first step in regaining credibility

I agree with getting rid of Feaster. As for Burke, I know he's been great at building teams, but he also seems to run out his welcome pretty fast. I personally would like for them to bring in Jim Nill from Detroit. They should approach him as soon as possible. Someone like that would definitely bring credibility.
