Good thing they have a crossover so some crappy, undeserving team doesn't make it to the play-offs and then get blown out.

I don't feel sorry for Edmonton because after getting the record, Kavis Reed decided to keep him and lo and behold he got injured on the next play.

Man, Eskimos tackling is so bad. Owens, Mann and Kackert are just mandhandling them. As far as the QB is concerned, when is Kavis Reed realize that Kerry Joseph is done. Fred Stamps is the only play he can make and the guy is getting covered really well.

Kavis Reed is just continuing to make dumb decisions. Why does he have Cory Boyd as an RB when this guy been struggling all game so far. The guy can't catch, run or block today..... while they have Hugh Charles who's been playing well enough whenever he is in. Coach Reed do Kerry Joseph a favour and pull him out. The guy is DONE!!!

Yeah just an awful injury. Speaking of the Esks hearing rumblings that Len Rhodes, the President, might also be let go. If he does, Sean Fleming could become the President, Ed Hervey the GM and Reed would stay on as head coach.

Ricky Ray sure showed Edmonton they made a terrible mistakes in giving him away. Who did Edmonton got again? QB Steven Jyles who's been a 3rd stringer since the middle of the season, P/K Shaw and just throw in RB Cory Boyd who was not part of the trade but Edmonton signed after being released by Toronto. Boyd proved Barker and Milanovich they made the right decision releasing him even though he was the leading rusher at the time he was released. Boyd was brutal while his replacement Chad Kackert was awesome all game. Yes Eric Tillman you are a genius. LOL

Saw the highlight after missing it live and tsn not showing it during the game again.
Dislocated ankle was the injury, which reminded me of Moises Alou getting one for the Expos way back when. Gruesome for sure and having dislocated my shoulder, hurt at the time like a bugger, but to be honest, looks worse then it was, in so far as an injury that's more recoverable then if it was a shattered leg.
That said, Esks are a mess and chances are may not be back next year anyway with a new regieme.

I'm not a doctor but do they just pop that back into place. How long does that take to heal?

The way Nicholls played late this season, I have to say he will be the starter next season if he gets healthy enough and if Eskimos did not trade for a veteran starter. But we are talking about Kavis Reed here... so i am sure Kerry Joseph will start again..

Default Hamilton will pay all if not the majority of their games at Guelph University in 2013

Quote:
The Hamilton Tiger-Cats will play the majority – and perhaps all – of their 2013 schedule at the University of Guelph, the Spectator has learned.

The team and university have reached an agreement that would enable the club to play all nine of their regular season games and one exhibition game at Alumni Stadium, home of the Guelph Gryphons. The facility, which just underwent a $18 million renovation, has an official capacity of 7,500 will be expanded to approximately 12,000 to 15,000 through the use of temporary seating.

The Ticats may still play a game at a second location – both Moncton and the University of Western Ontario in London have been mentioned as potential sites – but there are no deals in place for a location other than Guelph.

#Lions backup qb Mike Reilly has told gm Wally Buono he will test the free agent waters on Feb 15th 2013.

I'd imagine Edmonton and possibly Winnipeg to be going hard after his services. Maybe Montreal depending what happens with Calvillo and if they decide to keep McPherson or not.

This may not be the right thread, but is anybody here a season ticket holder willing to let me use your access to the game used equipment sale on Saturday?

Last year we needed a copy of an email for the early entry, i assume its the same this year.

Send me a PM if you can help a guy and his old man out!

BREAKING: As expected, Jeff Reinebold has been fired by the #Alouettes. #Als now looking for a defensive coordinator. #CFL #Bombers

The No. 1 candidate on the #Alouettes list for the DC gig is, likely, as it should be, former #SskRoughriders head coach Greg Marshall.

Don't forget: Greg Marshall spoke with Mark Trestman last winter about the #Als DC job. Marshall still owed a year of HC salary by Sask #CFL

I went a couple of years ago. Picked up a game-used red jersey for $75 (Popular players jerseys cost more, but you'll find that if you typically wear size medium / large jerseys that only lineman or linebakers jerseys will fit you comfrotably as they are skin tight!). Also Jon Cornish and Keon Raymond were there as well.
