Yeah Suarez's antics are a joke and from all accounts he is a complete baby on and off the pitch, but at least Liverpool supporters admit it and hate it as much as everyone else does.
Sad when players (Ronaldo, Nani, Robben, etc. also) with such talent resort to that stuff so often. I don't understand it and don't think anyone does.

From an Arsenal fan to any United fans, how does it feel?

Ugh, not good. The final 15 were pitfall to watch. Where's the pride? With any effort a disappointing 3-1 loss would have been the result rather than a 6-1 beating

It was good to see Gervinho and Van Persie with some chemistry today. A far cry from matches earlier in the season.

I had a feeling that City would win this one, but like everyone, I am shocked at the score.
I wonder that the bookies' odds for a 6-1 result were going in?

yup he passed Ronaldo long ago with his antics in the world cup and copa america. I used to enjoy watching Uruguay in the past but since Suarez, I hate them.

The reason players resort to that stuff is because it works (I'm just talking about the on-field stuff). There have been a few cases where it has seemed to backfire, but for the most part these players are getting positive results from these antics.
I HATE this crap, but the problem is deeply entrenched within the game since it rewards it.

^ I have said it before and I feel like a broken record, but with the number of cameras and HD replays available, I'd love to see suspensions handed out for blatant simulation. Sometimes guys are falling before contact is even made, if in fact contact is even made. Throw the book at them and let them sit for a game or two.

Frankly with ALL the betting scandals that go on these days that was the first thing I thought off when I saw the score. Who made some big dough on this?

Suarez's antics are deplorable. Its not even remotely possible to defend him as a Reds fan. Hes just gone off the deep end as far as diving for calls go. I'm at the point where I hate him like I hated Ronaldo. So much talent, but the poor attitude makes him unlikeable. Hopefully he grows up.
And, quite frankly, Charlie Adam is getting there for me too. Be a man, stay on your feet. His going down for a call cost us the goal against.
I thought Carroll was a positive addition, got some good opportunities and just needs to move his headers six inches to the left.
Nice to see United get hammered. I wasnt expecting that. I thought losing 4-0 to Spurs was bad, at least they did that against 9 men. Maybe blowout losses are going to become a thing. Of course then Arsenal fans are going to say that they invented it.....

Ya I feel the exact same way. It is so difficult for a ref to see whether or not there was contact during the game, so it is hard to blame them for calling these fouls. A few stiff suspensions handed out after reviewing the games on film would likely get rid of at least SOME of the diving.

Adam isn't as bad as Suarez, he's a little dirtier with his tackles, but he just goes down at the wrong times
at least Suarez does it in or near the box, Adam going down at midfield which directly led to the Norwich goal was just stupid

^ I was encouraged by the officiating in the Liverpool-Norwich game. There were a few flops by Suarez and Adam and the ref didn't bite. On the flip side, for a big man, Grant Holt sure goes down easily and tried to get some free kicks near the Liverpool box. And the ref let the game play on, which I think is great.

I really like Holty, definitely a throw back to when players didn't care about things like conditioning, being in shape, etc.
he's just a load up front with a great nose for goal

Man City has been the second fiddle for years vs Man U. Wow what a drubbing over United, a complete destruction of their fullbacks.
