That Poll was pretty brutal though.

The options for answers were:
Bush
OBama
Not sure

So for a large number of people it's likely not possible form them to give them a correct answer. Without none of the above on here it's a push poll designed to give a certain result.

If you blame the governor at the time or the mayor or the Police for the failed response how do you answer the poll.

The above is a PPP poll that covers the dates mentioned in the article but the actual question is not there. I've looked at a few articles covering the poll and they all contain dead links when you try to access the polling question. It's quite wierd.
