Apparently Musk was posting on X looking for air traffic controllers, Suggesting some to come out of retirement.
Which is dumb for a few reasons. The first being he just fired a bunch of them. The second being they are forced to retire at 56, so there probably aren't many "early retired" to go to. Expect the next xit to say the state should not tell people when they can retire, and the retirement age limit will be rescinded.
This man is not brilliant. He may actually be dumber than Erik.
Musk on twitter: Mars probably had liquid oceans a long time ago, before it cooled. Now, there are vast fields of ice covered by red dust. If we warm up the planet, the oceans will return and the atmosphere will densify, making it possible to extend life to Mars.
And the response from actual scientist
'He's really so stupid and I can't stand it. if you warmed up mars and melted the water, the water would evaporate into space. Mars can't have a habitable atmosphere in its current state bc it has no magnetic field. solar winds strip away everything that isn't stuck to the surface.'
'Terraforming mars is a project he's been obsessed with for years and he knows literally nothing about it. the magnetosphere problem is very basic stuff.'

We can't even control one measly gas measured in ppm on Earth, yet somehow we'll take a planet with 95% CO2 and just bingo bango inhabitant atmosphere? #### people are dumb.

It's clear the biggest threat to earth and humanity at this stage is probably Elon Musk. This guy is going to have to go away somehow.
I don't remotely disagree. I'm just kind of done pretending there's any sliver of hope these days.
We are very likely headed towards some very violent times unless things course-correct very quickly. The impending climate disaster is only going to speed things up.
Unless Musk is executed in a violent revolution, assassinated by a rival billionaire, or overdoses, we will live with him in our lives for the rest of our lives, except it's going to keep getting worse and worse because he's just getting richer and more powerful.
When he dies, our children will then live with his selected heir doing what Elon has been doing to our lives, and then our grandchildren will have to deal with his grandchildren.
That should radicalize you.
The billionaire class are the new hereditary nobility, except their power is more global.

SpaceX said in a statement that the Starship experienced what it called "a rapid unscheduled disassembly."
FAA reported Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport both had departure delays of about 45 minutes, with the cause listed as "space launch debris."
I can't wait for Musk and/or Bezos to Stockton Rush themselves in a rocket. Preferably with a few of their s***** friends on board.
Say what you will about Bezos, but at least he put his mouth where his money is and flew into space (suborbital) on one of his company's rockets. Elon is too much of a coward to do the same.
