I think Amell sealed its fate when he came out against the WAG/SAGAFTRA strike. Can't imagine a lot of people wanted to keep working with him after that.

Also hoping that the booking improves a bit if they move to a monthly PPV format. A big criticism I have of AEW is that they drag a lot of their feuds out way too long so that they can finish them at their quarterly PPVs.

EDIT: There are also a bunch of rumours out there that TK has bought NJPW. If so, I hope he keeps Gedo in charge of booking over there.
Surfshark still works

I had an issue with expressvpn being geoblocked and googled around a bit and surfshark ever since has never had an issue using uk

Huge saver on the ppv alone makes it worth it

This year the PPVs have been a bit of a mess in terms of booking the cards in advance.

It's like 5 days until Wrestledream and I think I can name 2 matches on the card, and don't think MJF is in a match yet.

And man I do wonder if those TK buying NJPW rumors are true...because the guy uses a lot of words to never once actually say "No" or refute the speculation when he was asked. https://www.cagesideseats.com/aew/20...japan-purchase

Bushiroad bought NJPW for $6.5M, and Stardom for even less...if they sold the two combined now they could probably make a huge profit.

I don't think MJF will be at Wrestledream. He's not on the poster. I bet the main event will be Bryan/Saber Jr.

That might have been my favorite Jay White promo in a while. I have been looking forward to a Jay White/MJF feud. The only way this could get better is if they add Eddie Kingston to the mix. All three have have different promo styles and it would be incredible.

MJF = witty, fast-talking, dial-it-up-to-1000 heat magnet
White = sleazy car salesman knife pervert with an accent you love to hate
Kingston = from the streets tough guy, man of the people realness who says things from the heart

Just inject it into my veins

Watch it through to the end, the 2nd season was exceptional and there's always a chance that someone else picks it up.

I don't know, I used to really like Adam Cole, he was at his height in NXT, while he's had some decent things lately in AEW, he just can't seem to get going and he generally doesn't look all that healthy.

He was such a brilliant heel/tweener in NXT.

Also, props to Roderick Strong and the neck brace gimmick. Dude is being used exactly how he should be, as a chicken#### heel who can absolutely go in the ring.

Also, Swerve is a champion in waiting. AEW is finally using him right.

Lots of intrigue going into Wrestledream... Who attacked Jay White? Who's behind the mask? Will Edge debut? Not to mention the 9 solid matches lined up

I really don't understand why they put it on a Sunday during NFL season. Granted, it's going up against a really crappy Sunday night game, but it's still a dumb move, IMO.

Don't they almost have to now with Collision on Saturday nights?

Adam Copeland is All Elite.

Not a well kept secret. It was already known before he left WWE that he wanted a final fun with Christian.

Christian has been absolutely killing it in AEW lately. His "dead Dad" heel gimmick is so perfectly Christian, and they've given him the baton to run with it. And Edge coming in to feud, and injecting Nick Wayne and Darby is perfect.

One of the most underrated talents in pro wrestling history.

Edge joining AEW has been so polarizing to many fans it seems. I guess I never realized the amount of passion some folks solely have for WWE and nothing else, but I suppose it's like just like being a supporter of any sports team.

Christian was always great and WWE never utilized him as a singles wrestler they way they should have.

That being said WTH was he thinking with this spot last night. https://x.com/puroresuflow/status/17...111635697?s=46

My guess is, Darby specifically asked for that spot beforehand; dude is a madman and had taken some nasty spots before. Christian 100% wouldn't have done that on his own unscripted.

It goes both ways though. AEW fanboys got pretty salty when Cody and Jade Cargill left for WWE and I remember when there were rumors of Aleister/Malakai Black asking for his release so he could go back there were people already turning on him saying AEW should make him work the rest of his contract and bury him. It was the same with Andrade.

That is just reckless and dumb. That is just dangerous and will be forgotten in minutes. That is definitely not worth the risk! I'd say Mankind's fall through the table from the top of the cage was safer than that!
