I don't think I've ever seen something like Mountcastles dominance over the Jays. Over the years there's been some player who've had the Jays number. But nothing like this. He's 10-12 with 3 walks this series alone.

When Espinal has to pinch hit for the guy who you traded your stud catcher prospect for, it’s pretty clear that you’ve lost the trade.

Chapman is a strikeout machine, even at the best of times, period, never mind recently.

Like I said last page it seems a lot of his strikeouts he goes down looking at pitches right in the middle of the strikezeone. Don't know if that means he doesn't have naybread on any pitches or what but seems like he just stands there looking so many times.

Brutal series for the Jays. I don't know what the hell is going on with the offense. Maybe something is rotten in the room. But there is way to much money tied up in crap. How Guillermo Martinez still has a job is beyond me.

This team's offense should not be struggling nearly as much as it has this season. Too much talent to have to battle all game long to get one or two runs.

And that's how you actually play ball and bring runners home. Seems weird to actually watch a team execute bringing runs home

Hearing Buck talk about how the Blue Jays should start hitting again because they are too good to not be hitting, reminds me of how after every game Loubo and Wills would talk about how the Flames would be really good in the playoffs because they have lost so many close games and that they weren’t nearly as bad as their record.
