Im just getting into this stuff. Any advice? What do you think is the better strat: picking legitimate picks, where the prize is around 20$ for say a 2$ bet? Or picking a couple good underdogs, and maybe a shootout where you can get around 100$ or something for a 2$ bet?

wclc 's version of sports select is complete bull, they make it pretty much impossible to win anything.
in ontario when i played you could put all your eggs in a 2 games basket that would yeild a large payout (picking win by more than 1 goal, plus picking star players to outplay the other teams star). i would pick 2 'surebet' games and have a largr chance of winning compared to Alberta's system of picking multiple games to make up for the odds (therefore more chances to mess up)
