They can fly home for free on pretty much any other airline, there are interline agreements for this sort of thing

They should strike while in mid-air.
That ought to make the negotiating process go a lot faster.

How nervous would you be if you’re flying AC to Toronto Oct. 8? I’m not; my wife is getting nervous.

On a normal day I'd be about 70% concerned of flying through Toronto and it going well. I'd be surprised if the strike went that long though.

Question for those who've gone to either country.. I have 2 extra days in Europe and I'm going to be driving in from Zagreb either to Slovenia because its close, and visit Ljubljana, or, drive a bit further north instead through Austria to Vienna.
Any suggestions on if its worth the extra expensive of Vienna and time driving? I want to see old buildings, castles, museums, etc, night life isn't really what I'm looking for.

Pretty bad, but manageable. I've got a giant sock that goes up to my knee, and I ordered four more of them so I can cycle through without having to do laundry everyday. The deodorant and antiperspirant helps a ton, as does febreze at night, along with parking it in front of a fan make sure it's completely dry.
What I absolutely can't get my head over are the dozens and dozens of used Aircasts on Facebook Marketplace.

Where's the best place to buy pistachios in bulk? My kids absolutely love them, and as they are extremely picky eaters I'm all for letting them go nuts on anything they like that's actually healthy. Problem is they're so damn expensive, and most grocery stores only have small bags. Are there any places that beat Costco's 1kg bag for $23?

If anywhere, I’d say Bulk Barn possibly.
Healthy though, I don’t know. I guess more than candy, but wolfing down handfuls of pistachios isn’t really great either.

Too much of anything is bad of course, but a small cup of pistachios as a snack is very healthy

I am insinuating that he make his children rob the store at night.
Children have small bodies and small hands and can get into tight spaces. Conveniently they also get more lenient criminal sentences.
Wins all around!

Doesnt entirely prevent the issue but that’s why AC would begin cancelling flights ahead of time. In particular the long haul international flights. Helps prevent crews and aircraft from being stranded around the world.

To any of the more automotive inclined people:
If you have a vehicle with 4x4 how much of a difference in tone do you hear between driving in RWD vs 4x4 from the drivetrain?
I’ve never noticed this slight hum my truck makes before in 4x4. It has 115k on it and both differentials have been serviced in the last year, makes me worried it’s a bigger issue. I have had an outboard bearing seize on my front passenger side last year and it’s since been repaired.

I have never noticed any difference in sound (outside of the engaging clunk) and mine has way higher mileage.
Might be something you should have checked out.
