This is 100% on Sutter. These lines aren’t working. It’s obvious. I get trying it for a game but the fact he stuck with these lines after the 1st is inexcusable.

Go back to what was working. Huberdeau wasn’t even playing that bad, he was just okay. Now the whole team sucks.
100x this. Mix them up for a game or so? Okay, fine.

Sticking with them at this point? Silliness. The entire team is disjointed, for no reason.

The lack of chemistry is just so apparent. There hasn't been any consistent cycling in the offensive zone the last 2 games.

Weird part is last game they switched to

Huberdeau-Kadri-Dube
Mangiapane-Backlund-Coleman

And that’s when they looked better in second and third.

Then tonight back to what struggled in the first period and all night tonight

Sutter isn’t able with this extended home stand to pull some of his motivational techniques.
Days off as a reward, nope they have had enough.
Mix lines didn’t have the desired affect, how many times have we seen with Sutter that it has?

Next home stand they should stay at a hotel.

I mean yea, the 4th line has had a LOT of icetime this period. It is a bit much.

Too much 4th line, too much Michael Stone in offensive situations IMO

When you look at how the Flames are playing right now... Tanev keeps getting hurt and not getting any younger... Kylington might not be back this season... Knights & Oilers off to great starts... McDavid, Drai, & Eichel entering their primes and look unstoppable... Skinner has stabilized Edmonton's goaltending situation... Avs will be back to form once their guys come back from injury... Seattle is dramatically improved... maybe there really isn't a window to win in the next few years after all. Huby & Weegar NTCs don't kick in until the summer... hmm, maybe it's still not too late to tank for Bedard...

Huh?

There's no way everything will be great for every other team except for the Flames. C'mon. It's November 3rd.

I hate when the Flames play backups and little known goalies. They always crap the bed against those goalies. Joey D’Accord and Kevin Lankinen have just made the Flames look like a below average team.
