I'd call them Grade B chances. He hasn't had to move side to side a lot or deal with deflections.

PP2 producing nice chances by Dube and Mangiapane at least. And then Andersson with one of his patented dangles and then a beautiful pass to Dube.
Andersson, Mangiapane and recently Dube are making me feel hopeful about this team’s future.

That shot by Dube was a lot closer than people are crediting. Between the arm and the side - Petersen had to squeeze hard.

Man, how I wish we had a player like Malkin, or Getzlaf, or MacKinnon... In all seriousness, we have not had a solid, big bona fide 1st line centre in 20 years.

...I hate this team when it uses dump and chase. It is a strategy completely detached from our roster. It’s such a bad fit, and it’s such a damn waste of our talent - and it can’t be fun for the players either. No success, no joy.

It feels like they've been terrible at them for many years.
Maybe I was just spoiled watching MacInnis and Suter on the point blasting away.......it was almost an automatic, it seemed.

That shift right there is why I hate Stone in the top 4.
Has the jump on Iafallo, just needs to take one stride forward, backs off instead and they spend the shift in the D zone.
Unless Kylington or Valimaki are playing with Brodie, the Gioless era is going to be difficult to watch.
