Of course not, that would be ridiculous. You transport the Navy ship via semi trailer with a "wide load" banner on it to NY and then you sail it back around Cape Horn. Duh.

I would guess actually they go to a neutral location like a hotel conference centre room in Manhattan. That NJ office also is just too unimpressive.

This reminds me of driving home yesterday from work. NHL Network radio talking about McDavid as the Oilers captain. I make a few stops, turn off the radio, get back on the road after 20 minutes. Turn the radio back on, still talking about McDavid.
