I expect #Flames Russell traded before deadline if he doesn't resign before then. Plan is to not keep him like Cammalleri a few years ago

hmm astute tweeting

Is it too much to ask to have a real time shot counter on the ticker like, let's say, every other broadcaster out there?!

There is a small group of Ramo fans that feel they have to hammer down the fact that Ramo is better which is why Hiller never gets any credit for playing well and winning games. He let in a stinker tonight for sure but he's been much better than Reimer which is the difference in the game.

Kinda sad the Flames are hanging on against a team like the Leafs.

Why did Russel chase the puck when Hamilton was already there?

Two shifts? Somewhere Tim Ramholt is crying with jealousy.

It's not like we are some powerhouse team. We are also missing our two top forwards.

Because they hair showed that Dougie's stick got stuck in the boards.

That said, how bad are Smid and Engelland tonight. Why in the name of God don't the Flames give one of these young guys a shot. Nakladal has been stapled to the bench all game. I'm really not a fan of how Hartley deals with these young d.
Nakladal is 28. He has not even played a full year of N.A hockey.

Only three shots by the Flames this period. Leafs are outplaying them a lot. Shots 35-22 for the Leafs.

Hiller may or may not be any worse than Ramo, but he makes every save look like hard work. My stress level is infinitely higher when he's in goal. He just never looks comfortable, and therefore neither do I.
