Your welcome Thymebalm. Hope u enjoyed it. What a joke.
Burke won't like this.
For all the Conroy comments, (gush out the player stats!), Burke has a keen and scrutinizing eye - like Lemieux in the Pens dressing room so to speak.
Take Conroy's positive attitude before this round even began as what they were. This team has hugely underachieved. Even at the development level, or especially, depending on how you look at it (I prefer the especially), they sucked at all aspects.
Changes should be made. Let Ward coach another AHL team. Some of you think he is irreplaceable.

And if they had won this game, all of this would be irrelevant. This is one game in a series.

This seems like a case of someone not following the Heat all year and overreacting to one game.

Sort of expected hell to break lose after the buzzer.
Nice to see the Heat fans salute the players. This could be it. Truly hope not.

It's hard to believe they'll be able to win three in a row in Grand Rapids, especially with the Griffins getting reinforcements from Detroit.
If this is the end, it's too bad the final game couldn't have been more like last night's.

Also, the Heat (and Ortio) have a great record after massacre's like this. Ortio usually turns into "God-like Mode" after blowouts.
After the 9-2 loss in Texas in November, they won their next 10/11 games including the 9 in a row.
After back to back losses to Utica (last place team), they came back to win 3 straight outscoring the other team 15-6.
Tezas blanks us 5-0? We win the next two.
Utica takes another 2 games from us in an embarrassing way? We win the next 5 games.
Texas beats us 7-2? Ortio stands on his head to beat Charlotte the next game.
The Heat bounce back HUGE after embarrassing losses like this. I have no reason to believe this won't be the case again.

It is kinda disappointing that this team is probably going to win zero playoff games for the 2nd straight year.
You have to expect more from a rebuilding organization in the AHL.

Three games in three nights, five nights off, then seven periods of hockey in less than 24 hours. Most of the players on this team will not be used to that.
Not that it's an excuse, as you have to fight through that like grand rapids did, but it puts perspective on the loss.
And it's just one game. We destroyed them in shots last game

I have no clue what you are talking about.
Heat games vs OKC this season:
ABB 3 - OKC 4
ABB 2 - OKC 1
ABB 5 - OKC 4
ABB 1 - OKC 4
OKC 1 - ABB 5
OKC 2 - ABB 4
OKC 2 - ABB 5
OKC 5 - ABB 4 (SO)
Which game are you referring to?
