Just curious, how much is this phone after shipping & any taxes? I assuming its $299 USD plus shipping? If anyone could give me a rough cost that would be great.

64GB version worked out to $455 for me, in Calgary, AB. This includes shipping, taxes, customs fees, etc.

I think it was roughly $20 for shipping (I had the 64GB version, phone was $349, my total came out to $372 after shipping), then I had to pay DHL an additional $31.xx for duties

There are lots of apps that you can get to customize how you device behaves. ACDisplay, pushbullet and widgets as well as a lot of the lockscreen customization. Depends on what kind of user you are.

The Windows Phone platform has seen the addition of several handset vendors this year, and it look like one more manufacturer is interested in launching a device on the platform. In a recent interview with Economic Times, director of OnePlus Carl Pei stated that the manufacturer is considering a Windows Phone device. "We have had discussions with Microsoft over a Windows Phone smartphone. We are still looking into it."

Free licensing for the Phone variant of the OS is probably one of the influencing factors here.

OPO was built on Cyanogenmod, I have a hard time believing they'd do that.

This is the same move as HTC with the One M8 for Windows. Makes more of the market into potential buyers.
