just stunned watching the video and updates on Global the past hour.

Now they have added Bowness, Hillhurst and Sunnyside.

Hoping the best for anyone effected.

Not sure if posted yet for travelers but:

Banff
Latest update from Parks Canada: They're going to open one westbound lane of the Trans-Canada Highway at 8 p.m. (moderate confidence level) Motorists will be able to travel west to Golden. The highway eastbound from Banff remains closed. Please consult http://www.drivebc.ca/ for road conditions west and south of Golden.

Sorry that one is not fact, it's from Twitter via a source that has been accurate so far so I started just copying it verbatim. I'm thinking of those, only Douglas Glen could have an issue.
