It isn't the extreme (and that word is fairly kind to many of the things that Sliver has said) nature of Sliver (and it seems V's) views, but his blanket statements for all dogs and owners, his ignorant rants on various aspects of dogs, ownership and dog bites, his over the top, dramatic reactions to the events and his ######ed, 0 chance of happening "solutions" that make Sliver a joke when it comes to this topic.
If someone wants to have an irrational fear of dogs okay. If they want to talk about solutions okay, but sterilizing dogs in the city? Banning dogs from the city? Those aren't even worth talking about they are such stupid ideas.

Haha i actually have no idea what Silvers thoughts on bears are, not sure what complaint he could have? Unless he's living next to the zoo, i doubt his neighbors have a pet bear.

A sensible solution that doesn't punish everyone would be a massive fine and a 10 year to lifetime ban on dog ownership for any attack that requires medical attention. Cases would be reported by medical professionals so people can't wriggle out of disclosing the responsible owner. The dog is immediately seized, and destroyed after a brief appeal process.

Come on sterilization of an entire breed? We dont sterilize pedophiles, rapists and murderers who cause infinitely more damage every minute of every day. There are other solutions.

Leaving a dog in a vehicle is a whole other subject that grinds my gears (for extended lengths of time, when it's crazy hot or cold outside) but FFS, there is no need to harass and rile up a dog locked up in a vehicle through no fault of his own.
