Man, Cecil some sort of mentally fragile enigma. When he's the guy expected to deliver he wilts like a flower in the sun, but as soon as they around him with other people to be the man he goes right back to automatic.

Control looked good. Didn't have much movement on his slider and fastball though. I think he was trying too hard. He was hitting 95-96 on the gun and Buck and Pat were saying he is a low 90s pitcher.
