I was hoping Snow White would look good since it's one of the few Disney movies you could make a live action remake actually good, but that doesn't look good.
Also pretty unhappy about this...
I mean that looks fine I guess.. but there's no way a live action remake will be 1/10th as good as the original.

They did, but Peter Dinklage complained so they course corrected and took 7 jobs away from little people actors not named Peter Dinklage.
I kind of get where he's coming from. The "Dwarves" are supposed to be a mythical species of human-like creatures, not people with dwarfism. Using little people, who kind of resemble those mythical creature - mostly because they are shorter than average - is a bit odd.

Except LP groups are pissed because it’s jobs they could have had and can’t now. Peter Dinklage isn’t the king of dwarves.
He was lamenting the lack of roles LP get where being little isn’t the main part of the character. He wants main acting roles, not only playing the punchline or token little person or hobbit or whatever.
If anything Dinklage is a bit of a prick here for limiting roles that LP can play. He’s famous now and gets roles, what does he care? But for that struggling actor, this could have been a breakout role to get them more mainstream parts. Although it’s not really his fault the media and other outrage addicts twisted his words.
The last time they didn’t use dwarves and used regular actors with cgi it caused major controversy (Snow White and the huntsman).
Disney is stuck between a rock and a hard place. Use actual dwarves and people like Dinklage will rip them, don’t and the LP acting groups get angry, use pure CGI and everyone else complains because it looks terrible.
Always thought Kraven's drive to hunt Spider-man like the world's greatest trophy animal was a very cool conceit for a villain. Wish they sort of saved him for a Spider-man movie instead of risking the biscuit on one of their terrible villain movies.

Well, you may well be right. This is one of those times all we can do is wait and see.
I liked Morbius in the comics, but that film sucked out loud, I never really cared much for Kraven or The Rhino, but the trailer looks promising.
It occurs to me that I have very little idea of who these characters are. Rhino was in the old Spiderman cartoons. But the other two, I've never heard of.
I was a kid who had dozens of comic books. Was really into Wolverine, Xmen, Justice League.
Perhaps this is just a symptom of the studios running out of characters? Like most folks could name somewhere between 10-15 superhero's and maybe remember a roughly similar number of villains'? And they've all been done?
Still waiting on a decent Green Lantern. I guess that one is radioactive at this stage.
