Binged all 6 episodes of American Primeval over the weekend. Awesome series IMO. It's directed by Peter Berg and written by the same guy who wrote the Revenant (Mark L. Smith). If you like your westerns dark, violent, and bloody, then this one's for you.

Just finished season 1 of Mythic Quest. It is great. Funny, stupid, very enjoyable. I searched and saw some 'must watch' references here that I must have missed, but am very happy to be there now. Highly recommend this Apple TV+ series. S4 premieres on January 29th and I will be there for that

YES! such a great and under rated show.

I guess this is kind of irrelevant but I'd like if you're watching 'period piece shows' they'd give you a frame of reference other than the obscure in regards to value of currency or objects.
If you're getting a sum of funds, in whatever currency at whatever junction in time...give me some reference. What does that mean?
Is it a good amount of money? Whats it worth? Do we care? Should we? What are we talking about here?

Came to CP tonight to post pretty much exactly this as I finished the series tonight after starting going into last weekend. Fans of the Revenant, 1883, would like this. Really enjoyed it. The Mormon folk may not be such fans of the show though lol, not a flattering portrayal as they are the villains. Kim Coates is awesome, as always. He is an underrated Canadian treasure, Saskatoon boy I believe. Between SOA and Goon... what a beauty.

Two episodes to go for me. This has been so great. One of the best things I've watched on television in the past few years. Thanks for the recommendation!

Review: ‘Severance’ Season 2 Will Blow Your Mind(s)
It’s time to return to the office, as the loopy sci-fi marvel makes its world bigger and stranger. [possible spoilers?]
The season takes new turns while remaining the most ambitious, batty and all-out pleasurable show on TV, an M.C. Escher maze whose plot convolutions never get in the way of its voice, heart and sense of humor.
I think I’m turning into an old man. Or a hipster.
I’ve been watching tons of the original Twilight Zone. And Columbo. I love columbo. Peter Falk is awesome.
I've been watching Star Trek TNG...I had seen a few episodes in the past but now I'm watching the entire series (excluding the really low IMDB score episodes which are comically bad)
Has anyone checked out the Pitt? We watched the first two episodes and I really enjoyed them. I loved ER back in the day and I've never watched a hospital show since so this is scratching an itch I forgot I had.

Love TNG. Especially seasons 3-7.
I’m a big fan of The golden age of television and modern TV. But I think what’s drawing me into the twilight zone and Colombo at the moment is the lack of serialization. The ability to watch a quality episode and move on without the need to binge or remember storylines, characters etc has been a nice change. I don’t watch a lot of shows that aren’t serialized anymore. The ability to get a full beginning middle and end in 30-90 mins feels refreshing.
