That one break point that Denis did cash in was the opening game of the match. As Girly said above, he should be in a much more comfortable position that he is in this 3rd set.

The other thing to keep in mind is if Shapo loses this match, will he have anything left in the tank for doubles if Felix wins his match?

Sports can be very cruel, I thought Shapo was the better player for most of the match, but as we all know, the better player/team doesn't always win.

Edit: Consolidation accomplished. If Felix can win this in straight sets, it would make Frank's decision all that much easier. Also, Denis had that MTO in the 3rd set, if he has a wonky back, the decision might already be made.
