I rarely watch anymore. The board ads and gambling advertising really turned me off at the start of the season, shoddy reffing and a team that showed less interest than I did in the game kinda sealed it. It's wandering down a corporate path of maximizing money and sponsorship at any cost to the fan, while accepting crappy low resolution crappy frame rate cameras as the only way to tell if a puck is in the net. They've shown they don't care about the integrity of the game, so why should we? I've watched all of one playoff game because my friend is a big Oilers fan, and I wanted to spend time with him.

Yeah Ryan's a good dude. I didn't realize Francis posted here as I looked at the history of that poster and there was nothing there that screamed "Eric Francis". I've had differences with his articles and such but if he wants to post here I don't see the issue.

I keep getting posts on my Facebook page from Oilers Super Fans and I got really cringy one. I took a screenshot of it but I am not allowed to post attachments...so I'll have to try and describe it.
It's after McAvi came to Drysaddle's rescue and it's Kane braiding Conna's hair with GET HARD in the background.
I laughed like a witch when I saw that.
