For Silo I was super into Season 1 and really dug the "Fallout" living in a Vault vibe.

I was so into it I cheated and after the season ended, read all the books. It was super worth it and all three were a great read.

Perhaps as a result I'm loving season 2. But I'm not concerned about the pacing, cause I know where it's all going. So I get that.

Binged The Penguin all last and this week. I agree - best show of 2024.

Wish someone had told me months ago it wasn't a superhero show, and was basically a darker version of the Sopranos with 2 absolute sure fire Emmy acting nominations.

Really impressed me. Complex characters in simple situations. Loved it.

If you have a thing about swearing then Deadwood is not for you. Yeah there's obviously some jump edits here, but this is all from one single episode (apologies for the click through, too much ####ing swearing for us ########### in here to watch).

I never had a chance to even get through season 1 of the expanse, but have started rewatching it again.

I hope you like it - it's one of my favourite all time shows.

I've just finished book 1 in preparation for the season 2 finale, and should have plenty of time to finish the other 2 books before the final 2 seasons of the show.

Just hit the end of the first season which was terrific. I really enjoy the real physics based space travel, its a nice change from Star Wars, BSG and Star Trek.

I really like the characters and the pretty much almost grimy future of mankind.

Thought maybe I'd start watching Billions, the first season was alright but nothing special. Handful of episodes into season 2 and it's lost all steam and is now an utterly pointless show. Five more seasons of this or does it get good?

Loved The Expanse. Wish they were able to finish the books, it's a wild ride at the end.

I stopped after season 3 if I remember correctly. I doesn't get a whole lot better.

I've liked the lead since Dreamcatcher so figured give it a shot but right back to the trash heap with Billions. Really need to find something good to watch one of these days, even the final season of WWDITS is pretty boring. Maybe I just have clinical depression that would be less depressing than admitting how awful most shows are.

You should know soon, if it follows the books.

Severance is wonderfully weird. And, Christopher Walken!

Kafkaesque.

Not really. Very much a lamer version of something like Succession. Too bad since it has a great cast.

Wife and I are watching Jackal, Landman, Silo and Lioness...

She is driving it more than me.

We are enjoying them all so far.

I had never seen Lost. I had heard that, much like GofT, a lot of fans hated the ending. Or, at least, that's what I remember hearing and my expectation was to hate the ending.

I did wonder what direction they would go after season 3 but overall I thought it turned out to be a really good watch. Maybe the could have shortened it a season, but going 6 wasn't the worst decision. I am a fan of that series now.
