I would find it more intriguing if there were actual clues or misdirection. It's been 8 episodes and we have no one to even speculate at.

The W thing is likely going to be the big cliffhanger you'd have to expect.

LOL. No.
Doubt Rick or Carl die ever. Maybe Rick in the final episode, but he's the star man. He's not going anywhere.

I think they are setting Rick up to be the White Knight. All season long they have been beating him down, belittling him, and vilifying him. It culminated in last night's episode.
Deanna and the town will vote to exile him early in the episode, but at that moment the evil W people attack the town or threaten to attack. Rick successfully defends the town via force or negotiation, but not after many Alexandrians die. Deanna (and everyone else including our gang) realize they should have listened to Rick since day 1. End Season. Applause. See you in September.
Basically if Rick, Daryl or Glen die, the show will suck. Carol too. I wouldn't wanna see Carl bite the dust, but I'd still watch.

I think people are forgetting that this in not the first time Rick has snapped. He spent a large portion of season three conversing with his dead wife.
Rick will get locked up somewhere. He'll be helpless while something bad happens, but then redeem himself.
Also beginning to think the wolves are people who were thrown out of Alexandria and are coming back for revenge. Still unclear as to why they're harvesting torsos.

Rick will save the day, next episode.
It's good to see Carl growing up into a nice young man, I still remember when he was taunting zombies and getting into all sorts of mischief.

They need something to put in their trebuchet(s).

Thought of that. A flying zombie torso really isn't that great of a weapon though. They can't move around once they hit the ground and the force of the impact would presumably crush their skulls. A rock would make better ammo.

He was on The Talking Dead last night. First time Chandler has ever been on a talk show. Pretty well spoken and smart kid.

I feel stupid that I didn't think of that! I'm gonna use that on my wife tonight and impress the crap out of her.
Also maybe the torso & trebuchet thing is to demoralize the Alexandrians? Before they attack if they lob in a bunch of torsos, that would rattle them up before the actual attack.
Lord of the Rings has surely been written in TWD universe?

That doesn't make sense, they would travel so far south and pillage a community only to return and cause havoc? This is the problem with the wolves, even if they went to Virginia why come back, why travel so far at all, and if they are heading the same direction as our heroes how come they haven't met yet?
I'm wondering if Deanna might be on Ricks side. I doubt it, but it would be cool if the next episode was her seeing that Rick did have what it takes and that was her calrity. The end of the episode makes it look like she's gonna kick him out but it could be the opposite.

We don't know how far Alexandria is from Noah's old city.
Virginia isn't the biggest state out there, so they could be fairly close which would make that theory plausible.

He said he was from Richmond.
Assuming that Richmond and Alexandria in the Walking Dead world are in the same location they are in the real world, it's just over 100 miles away.

See this is why I think Rick seemed so pissed, He knows that the exiled people will know the in's and outs of Alexandria.
Killing them ensures safety for the community.

100 miles in a post apocalyptic world is a big distance, but I guess it's not absurd.

Our gang made it from Atlanta to D.C. so it's doable.
And perhaps the W gang isn't solely made up of ex-Alexandrians. The ex-Alexandrians are just leading the W gang to Alexandria for a battle royal showdown smackdown with Rick and Co.
Cant wait!

I hope with what ever happens in the finale that the group remaining characters get split into several separate groups for a long period of time. Make next season with a few different groups and different story arcs. And don't make Rick the hero in the season finale. They've gone to that well too many times.
