What's our policy on latecomers? I want to give my friend a sense of whether he should bother to come at 8:30, or if he should try to shoot for the end of the first tourney. Would we allow buy-ins during the first two blind levels?

Thats why id prefer to bump up the time, since people will inevitably be late, i suppose as long as no one has early bed times this will be fine.
If we say eight pm then once the first lets say ten people show we'll shuffle, the rest can entertain themselves with either a seperate cash game or tourney if they want to put one together.
