Manitoba outshot them 14-2 and scored the only goal. It's now 2-1 for the Moose.

This one is going right down to the wire. Tight third period, although I'd say Manitoba has had a slight edge. 3:41 to play, tied at 2.
Shots 29-27 overall, 10-7 MB in the third.

This thread is getting me pretty intrigued by all of Ruzicka, Phillips, Zary, Pettersen and Pospisil.
Mackey and Lerby seem pretty promising on the backend but it seems they have been leaning on Petrovic a lot. Not a bad thing as it lets those young forwards do their thing.

Is that it? Because Petrovic has never been better than a half-point/GP level player in this League. Could he be benefitting from the chance to play with an elite scoring talent like Phillips?
