People keep calling her a frog. She looked like far more of a newt to me. Bit of a moot point, but animals with eggs generally don't have ta-tas. We could have still seen some ba-dunk-a-dunk though.
But did you see her running away at the end? She was jumping like a frog. She also had the extending tongue.
But, I don't think she had a tail.
Anyways, Clone Wars, Rebels, and Resistance all lots of filler episodes. I don't see why Mandalorian would be any different.

Bit of a newt point, amirite??

They're really putting a lot of love and care into the ships and creatures, I can't overstate my appreciation for that.
Even baby yoda looks incredibly puppet-like moving around and as an OT fan first and foremost I love that.
I almost want to say that they should just forego future movies and do live action series from here on out. The smaller scope, high quality production and creative freedom to explore the lore is where its at, and where I can see them having the most success.
I can see these series (if done right) gaining similar following and hype to GOT, where premieres and finales almost became cinematic events in themselves.

Yes. I love it. Star Wars fans (Nerds?) dissecting the minutiae of an episode of an actually good show.
This is what real fandom is. People complain when we dissect hockey games, but tearing something apart is how you show your love and appreciation!
Yeah, there are several youtube channels that have hour-long videos dissecting each episode. Star Wars Explained does this. Star Wars Theory does live streams.
I'm guessing the episode with Ahsoka Tano (which I think will be episode 5), will actually carry some weight in terms of plot and implications.
If Boba Fett reveals himself this season, that episode will be interesting as well. Same goes for Bo-Katan Kryze.

errr I'd actually love for The Mandalorian and all shows that I watch not follow the GoT model through to the end...
I dunno, frog lady was giving us some skin in the steamy mineral pool. Looked like the classic 'lure him into a skinny dip in a cave next to a massive spiders nest'.
Calgary-raised Star Wars nerd gets to live the dream...
He says he saw Star Wars when he was 5, which seems impossible, but he is actually much younger than he looks. He's not even 50 yet. The actress who plays his wife on Kim's Convenience is 10 years older than he is and I would have guessed he was a few years older than her.

Well that and those eggs were literally the last in existence in the galaxy. Maybe we’ll find out that the Yoda species has a bit of a...dark side...to them. Interesting that he didn’t use magic baby hands to save them, which he’s instinctively done in the past to save them from certain death.

I'd love to see an Imperial Remnant Star Destroyer or Victory Star Destroyer.
