Is Mathew Phillips signed? Sam C said he wasn't during the intermission. I thought he was signed

Thats great for her, unfortunately the words coming out of her mouth mean pretty much nothing. At least she isn't the worst colour commentator in the NHL. John Garrett takes the title there.

Stone would have been fine at #4 and we could have filled with 5 and 6 spots from one of many options on the farm.
The Smith acquisition sure is helping take the spotlight off what was not a great trade deadline/offseason. Hamonic and Lazar were very poor use of our assets. Without Smith, Treliving would be having to answer a lot more scrutiny on that.
|
It's like we signed Hamonic in case of an injury so Stone can come in an fill the position 4 slot on defense. If we didnt have Hamonic, and a D-man was injured then our bottom 3 D would be Kulak, Bartkowski and Andersson. That would be absolutely garbage D depth.

I think we only drafted him and that we didn't sign him.

Did Jankowski get his assist playing one shift away from Bennett?
Edit: I see he didn't get an assist. Someone mentioned he got his first point earlier

I dont know, Andersson seems primed for NHL minutes (3rd pairing) and he has offensive instinct to produce. The ONLY garbage it seems so far in terms of depth is Bartkowski.

Jankowski doesn't have an assist. Rick Ball confused #67 Frolik with #77 Jankowski.

It was actually Frolik with the 2nd assist on the Stone goal
Everyone including myself seems to have thought it was Janko but the replay clearly showed Frolik

Dude give it a rest. Your whole schtick is getting really old. If you have nothing positive to say about Bennett then either acknowledge that he's been among our best forwards tonight and find someone else to rip on or just close your browser and enjoy being mad over nothing on your own.
