So what's the deal with Iceland? Are these guys all in line for some big league contracts being thrown their way or is it the coaching?

Well the Mountain is from Iceland, I'm guessing he just threatens to crush all the Iceland players families if they don't perform. Pretty good motivator if you ask me.

I worked out with him about 1.5 yrs ago, I'm 6'4 and at that time he absolutely made me feel like a skinny small man. But he's about as gentle of a giant as you meet, he hates attention.

Sure would be funny to see Hungary and Iceland come out of that group.
Yes it would, Hungary has not come out of a group stage since the 70s, though i do remember watching a group win against El Salvador of 10-1 in 1982 on closed circuit or something like that, it was not on cable tv at the time.
The english commentators seemed to really get a kick out of it, they mentioned Puskas at least twice.
