I guess we finally know the answer to "Whatchu talkin' bout Willis?"
Hodor.
I think this is going to be a massive storyline, I don't know why but they have kept Hodor around and now teasing his past just screams to me that this will have a massive payoff for the viewers.
Please kill Ramsey already. We get it, he's absolutely crazy and sadistic and probably the most boring character on the show. For a character around so long he hasn't been much more than an easy to hate villain, but a very boring one at that. Otherwise pretty stellar episode.

I find Ramsay's story really interesting and not boring at all. I knew he would be killing his father at some point and I was expecting it when they hugged. I honestly thought he'd let his mother-in-law and brother go...or that the guy sent to summon them would warn her and she'd make an escape. Who was it that was with him when he killed his father? Was it one of the Ironborn?
I also thought that Jamie was going to be the next Lannister thrown in jail. I see a pretty big conflict coming to Kings Landing soon.
Arya - Glad she's on her way back to...where ever she was before. I'm still not really sure where her story is heading or whether I'm interested in it that much. It's cool that Sansa now knows that Arya is still out there though. I hope there is some kind of reunion at some point, with Sansa, Arya or Jon. Although I've learned not to get my hopes too high for stuff like that ie: Red Wedding.
Bran - meh. It's more of the same, him having visions and talking about the three-eyed crow. It does make me wonder what happened to Hoder though. He seemed relatively normal in the vision and became uncomfortable when Bran called him by his old name. I'll be more excited when that story line starts seeing more action.
Well the whole time they just kept telling us he was dead, and they were right.. he was dead!
My favourite part of the whole episode was when frankenmountain walked away and the Lannister soldier was like oh thank god.
Next weeks preview:
Spoiler!

What would stop Melisandre from resurrecting all departed characters?
Like the comic books - no one ever dies.
It's not her power, it's R'hllor and he only does the resurrecting on the complete desperation of the priest/priestess. With Thoros of Myr it was that he was about to lose his best and only friend. With Melisandre it was the potential loss of the only person who could possibly stop the White Walkers. We probably won't see another person rise as long as hope is alive with either of the priest/priestess.
Although mind you, this is a show... could be wrong with that.

Except Viserys Targaryen, and Robert Baratheon, and Ned Stark, and Renly Baratheon, and Jeor Mormont, and Talisa Maegyr, and Robb Stark, and Catelyn Stark, and Joffery Baratheon, and Oberyn Martell, and Myrcella Baratheon, and Stannis Baratheon, and Doran Martell, and Roose Bolton, and...
Pretty big count of major characters who have stayed dead compared to ones who haven't.
Brace yourself for the Snowbowl. (Nicknamed the Battle of The #######s on set, although I'm not sure if that is the running title of the episode or not.)
My little birds tell me karma will be paying him back.
I actually think they'll keep Ramsay alive for a while longer, but solely for the reason of letting Theon get his revenge.
We still need time for Theon to head back to the Ironborn, regain himself, and then have the conflict brew between the Ironborn (and their new leader) and the Boltons. The Boltons might get defeated in the Snowbowl, but Ramsay is likely to survive.

A couple seasons back when Robb was still alive the current Lord Karstark (a house of the North) broke into prison cells and killed some young Lannisters. Robb executed him for treason and the Karstark men left his forces. That was the new Lord Karstark.
Here's the video:
As trivia, when they recast Tommen they hired one of the young Lannisters Karstark had killed.

^There is a lot of stuff in there that wouldn't be known to show watchers.
Not sure if I remember the term "Kingsmoot", but they definitely discussed the Ironborn's traditional ways of picking a new leader. The priest tells Yara about the process and then dismisses her for being female.
