Maybe this has already come up...but I didn't see it. Game Pack holders, how are refunds being issued for games that weren't played? I was billed for one game in each round that wasn't played.

I've agreed to renew and payments have been coming out for next year, but I haven't seen any sort of refund for this year's playoffs. Anyone have any insight?

What do you mean by this? All three home games in round 1 were played so not sure what you're talking about there. Round 2, you got billed for game 6 and never refunded?

Round One he would have had games B and D and round two games A and C. There was no D in round one or C in round two.

See Firefly's post. We were billed under the assumption that the Flames would have home ice. So essentially I was billed for Game 7 in round 1 and Game 6 round 2.

In the past, for playoff tickets that were paid for but unused, they just applied the extra amount towards next year's tickets and adjusted your monthly payments accordingly.

Hasn't happened yet. I'm going to be patient as I know there is a lot of work happening right now regarding 'hockey revenue' calculations and assume that we will hear in the next little while.
