Man, two things about the way Ron ended that segment with 'as long as some glass hole doesn't get you'.
1. Perfect timing. You couldn't script that. That's just brilliant broadcasting by Mr MacLean.
2. Cherry's reaction. He's laughing, but he's also wonderfully concerned that his friend not get in trouble; he probably realizes Rogers is evaluating anyone, and he doesn't want his buddy to take any undo heat. Especially after the French ref thing. I bet Ron is actually one of Don's favorite people. Their shtick together is wonderful.

Come on Columbus, break the scoring first trend and win this game!
Fleury is so horrible. Bylsma is to blame for still playing him but really it is Shero's fault for not getting any insurance after Vokoun could no longer play. There were so many goalies traded at the deadline, the Penguins should have gone after one of them.
All of you Albertans are really missing out on these ridiculous 'selling beer in convenience stores would be terrible' advertisements we are getting in Ontario.
lol think of the children!!!
I was just talking with a buddy from Ontario about the LCBO last night. It started as a joke about their early closing hours and ended with him going on a rant about how he had to drive 4 hours to Minnesota to buy the Canadian made Crystal Skull vodka. The LCBO had been refusing to sell it due to the "violent" bottle.
Still think CBJ wins series. They have that underdog feel that 2002 ducks, 2003 hurricanes, 2004 Flames and 2006 Oilers had. If they get through, I like their chances against Philly/NYR too.
Man, the Jackets are being eaten alive in this game so far. Pittsburgh has definitely flipped the switch. They're on their game, and they're just too damn skilled. Hopefully Columbus can get one back here and at least make things interesting.
CBJ is in big trouble, Pittsburgh actually showed up today.
Also, I just saw a Geiko NHL commercial on the NBCSN feed showing the playoff teams at a base camp ready to summit an Everest like mountain for the cup. Is this appropriate given recent events?
