The kid said he wasn't told to deflate the balls.

And Al Davis was in the wrong in the Kiffin situation and the low life in that exchange. His decisions after the Kiffin firing showed he wasn't exactly in the greatest mental state at that point.

Saban has ran kids off that don't make the 2 deep in their 3rd year, he has stuck to the old way of giving one year scholarships while others go 4 year. He gives out medical scholarships so he can push his oversigned classes through every year.
