I have an advanced scope (i think is it's name) on a SMG and I when I hit L2 the scope view doesn't come up (360).

Otherwise game is lots of fun, the side missions can be pretty funny, and I'm trying to take the main story slow, it's so great. Totally feel bad for Micheal, hope he gets redemption.
Played the stock market before Franklin's first
got a 35% return in a few minutes after the mission was over.
I really really hope this comes out for PC.

I don't have Betta Pharmaceuticals on my list of stocks that I can buy? I did buy Debinare stock for the mission after and sold it at 30% profit. Apparently it rises for about 5-10 minutes and then drops to half of the gain.
Franklin's aunts garage didn't save cars for me. Spent close to 100 G's modifying the Corvette for Franklin and then when I got the new house from lester my Corvette was gone. It didn't make the trip with rest of Franklins stuff (the bike and the stupid charger did) and when I went back to his Aunts the garage wouldn't open. I was pretty pissed.

Yeah that isn't the garage that saves the cars, the garage you want to park it in is SW of his aunts house I believe.

Ya, can't emphasize enough how much doing those flight school missions helps, heli's especially have always been a biznitch to fly in these games for whatever reason. Really taking my time with this game and trying to experience everything so I think I'm way behind a lot of you in terms of story mode, but I'm looking forward to the flying missions now too.

Where is the flight school? Currently I just drove back to Los Santos with Trevor and I am staying at Wade's cousins place.

It's in the south (at the airport). It will be a little plane symbol on your map, probably hasn't opened up yet for you.

I saw the symbol, but I didn't think much of it. Actually I thought it just marked the airport for you.

OK for 12 year olds? I imagine it is not, but my son says all his friends are playing it.

Just got to the point where you're first introduced to Trevor. As a big fan of "Episodes of Liberty City", the short scene with Johnny Klebitz came as a huge shock
But what a fantastic game. I don't think I've ever enjoyed a new game that much ... just so much stuff to do.

I wouldn't let a 12 year old play it.
Also, I found flying to be much easier to land if I only steer with the RB and LB and keep the plane level.

There is constant swearing, vulgar language, lots of violence, topless women, and drug and alcohol use in the game.
Your choice if you kid is mature enough to play.

I would actually say no with this one.
From what I have seen and heard about this game it is actually a lot more "adult" then previous versions.

Depends if you want your son to learn when they can touch the topless stripper and when they can't in a minigame to not get kicked out of the strip club..

Yeah it's kind of weird it's only on the BAWSAQ, not on the LCN, but if you buy it, after the mission you will see no change of the stock price on the BAWSAQ screen, but if you look in "My Portfolio" on LCN it'll be there too and will show the percentage increase and be able to be sold from there.
I read too that there's a general garage not saving car bug going on right now.

A LOT more. Missions to take pictures of a girl bent over patio furniture taking it from behind, you can actually pick up prostitutes and watch her do her stuff in the car, and the drug use and violence is just as gratuitous as before if not moreso.
Kids learn about this stuff sometime, but I don't think GTA5 is the right way for a young kid to learn about all these things for the first time.

I gladly spend 80% of my time on GTA just messing around, this game is so much fun It is not possible to stick to just the story line.
Instantly addicted to GTA5. I'm only at 17% complete lmao.

Really it's not just the high level of violence with this game, it's really not much worse than any shooter out there in that respect. It's the rest of the stuff that I wouldn't be comfortable with my kids taking in until they were at least in their mid to late teens.
Everything you could list that had to do with drugs is in here. Doing drugs, shipping drugs, selling drugs, even making drugs in meth labs. Everything about the sex trade as well. Prostitution, topless strip clubs, porno shoots, etc. Gang violence, drive-by shootings, bikers, cults, and on and on. It's just not a game for young kids at all.

What!? I know what I'm doing when I get home.
I was around that age when Grand Theft Auto 3 came out and that game was fine for a kid in my opinion but this one is A LOT more adult. There is full blown nudity and sex acts in this game. I wouldn't feel okay buying it for a 12 year.
Then again, not that it makes much of a difference but 12 year olds are in grade 7 right? I'd be shocked if much of the stuff in the game is "new" to him. He will probably play it with his friends anyways.
Still, I wouldn't buy it for him.

Yeah, I wouldn't let my kids play it if they were 12. Even if they do know about most or some of that stuff it's a bit too much for kids.
I think I'm only 3 or 4 % completed so far and it's mainly because I'm just wandering around checking things out. I could play this game for years, just a massive amount of things to see and explore.

No nudity, just angles to make sure the dashboard or whatever blocks the view.
