It wouldn't be a message meant for people who already believe covid is serious and people should be wearing masks etc.. It could be a convincing message to those who are skeptical though. It would prove him right as the stable genius who cuts through media hype and virus fearmongering. That audience is also who he wants out to vote on election day.

I really don't know if this is credible coming out of this administration, but I just wouldn't put anything past them at this point.

From Day 1 I said it was just like the flu. The democrats tanked the whole economy, put billions unemployed just because they are scared of the flu. My China Flu was perfect, people say they have never seen someone recover from the flu like I did. The democrats want to keep you indoors so that the antifa can take over the streets and the flu is being used to do it.

The whole messaging around it being a hoax was that the democrats were exaggerating the risk level. So it being no worse than the flu absolutely backs the campaign messaging.

I don’t believe Trump has the virus. Pretty much everything this president and his minions say is a lie. He’s struggling in the polls and needs a distraction from that and his tax returns signals bull****.

I’ll only believe it when it’s confirmed by an independent test.

Theres nothing gained by faking covid 19, his followers think its a hoax, or developed by the chinese in a lab, but no more dangerous than the typical flu. Those that oppose Trump pray for him to get Covid 19 and now are dancing on the streets. The distraction does nothing poll wise but keeps him off the campaign trail so he can watch more tv I guess.

White women in Pennsylvania suburbs who are scared about Covid and we’re economically impacted by Covid are reassured that it is just the flu and blame democrats for over reacting and choose to vote for trump or nothing happens.

Either way chaos in the race gives Trump hope as things have been relatively static. Covid with fast recovery improves his election chances. How much we don’t know.
