I can't find records or articles of any lawsuit filed by the 120 passengers that went to trial or resulted in a published settlement. Surely the band got hammered, but what surprises me if none of it got out after such a high-profile incident.
Just a $200k settlement with the state, two $50k donations by the band, and a $10k fine for the bus driver.
