Chemgear definitely has his finger on the pulse with PS5s PepsiFree. He helped me out big time getting my hands on a PS5! Just another CP legend making the world a better place.

To date no other video game has made me feel more like an unstoppable badass than the new Doom games. It's so satisfying playing through the first one especially and uncovering each new piece of lore and seeing just how much the demons fear Doomguy

I have a digital one on pre-order at Gamestop that if they ever call me to pick up I'll likely put up for sale.
I have this too, just at Best Buy due to having some gift cards I got from getting my S21 there. I'm apparently 1st on the list (that I've been on since Dec 30th). Hoping I get the call soon here..
Still blows my mind its this hard acquiring a new PS5 in 2022, I feel like we've gone back in time 40 years or something.
Hiya Pepsi, "Lbabinz" is the twitter account that is probably best.
There were some drops available on both Walmart and Costco within the last 24 hours - though in bundles.
I can start keeping an eye out again if people are still looking; I kinda stopped for both the PS5 and Xbox these days.
I'd recommend following Lbabinz on Discord, not Twitter. You can then get notifications directly from the bots he uses to scour stock drops, instead of waiting for him to tweet about it. Even a few minutes can make all the difference between snagging something or missing out. Plus that way you can tailor notifications to only the items you're looking for, instead of having Twitter go off for every gaming related post he makes (which is a lot)

The Walmart & Costco PS5 drops were pretty big, too. The Walmart one was 3300 units and it had to stay open for about 45 minutes or so.
As long as you are okay with a bundle and a regular PS5, it's quite easy to get one so long as you follow lbabinz on either twitter or discord.
I know someone that wants me to help them get a digital with no bundle & I told them it is very difficult to find one of those (or so it seems lately).
Why would someone want a digital rather than a disc?

If you're going to participate in The Trial in FH5 then:
a) Get a proper tune so you're competitive. /r/forza has tuners who kindly share amazing tunes.
b) Don't ram your teammates. Making someone miss a checkpoint will guarantee a loss. Honk if you need to pass a slower car.
c) If you're at the back of the back just admit defeat and quit the race. You're doing more harm than good getting zero points and giving the other team 100 each.
d) Learn how to drive. Barrelling into the corners is not going to win you races. Learn brake and throttle control and take off the other nanny systems that only hold you back. This isn't a huge deal like the previous tips. Not everyone can dedicate the time to get good. I'll take a rookie with a proper tune over a veteran who rams.
I don't mean to toot my own horn but I hate getting 1st or 2nd every race yet still losing because drivers don't bother to compete.

Pre-ordered and waiting to get my key! I am horrible at these games but excited for this one. Shame about them not supporting ultra-wide but there'll be mods coming I'm sure.
Digital Foundry is holding off on their analysis until after the day 1 patch has been released. I'm guessing there are some graphical/performance issues that are addressed with the latest update. So good news? There's also a new "Game Ready" driver for Elden Ring + Destiny Witch King.
Made sense for someone like me to save $100 going digital, I haven't bought a physical game release since the PS3/Xbox 360 days
I suppose that's fair, but you could easily make the $100 back and then some by posting physical games you've finished for sale on Kijiji, and I would have thought that if people are trying to grab one of these things before they disappear that that temporary extra $100 wouldn't be a barrier to just grabbing the first available option. I just bought the first thing that came in stock, personally. But maybe I'm out to lunch.

Mea Culpa - I am not good at Soulsborne games, but I enjoy the hell out of them...even though I am sometimes forced to grind, farm, cheese, die and repeat, I come back again and again and again.
Really excited for Elden Ring and might have to bite the bullet and just get a PS4 version and upgrade later as I still have not gotten my hands on a PS5 yet...
