I see in the Buy & Sell forum one post for premium used golf balls and a cheap electric scooter and all I can think of is some form of scooter-based golf-polo.

Don’t quit until you have another job lined up even if the move is only sideways. Uninterrupted paydays for the win.

Ride.

Apply first and say nothing bad about previous job. Never agree to going down to part time (some severance packages are based on your annual compensation at time of layoff so part-time halves amount). If the hiring Co is interested ASAP, ask if there's a signing bonus. I know people who have rolled the dice perfectly and hit both severance and signing bonus.
