Punch Drunk Love was really good. Easily one of my favourite Sandler films.

Click was one I didn’t expect to like, but it was good. Just Go With It had some watchable moments as well.

My Holy Jesus....Pauly Shore was born to play Richard Simmons...
I mean...lets all be honest. Nobody...none of us ever thought they'd hear that sentence in their lifetimes. And yet here we are.

Watching that trailer just solidified that nothing. absolutely nothing can beat the original Road House.
Patrick Swayze was so god damn good in it. Like compare this trailer to the lines Swayze delivered. No contest.
The cheesy 80's redneck style will never be topped.

Hopefully we have a decent nun movie on our hands for once. NEON is a great studio.

If you're honest about it, as he is, I dont have a problem with that. I'm not going to pay to see his films, but at least he was honest about it.
But dont so some raunchy teen-comedy and try and sell it to audiences as 'haute-couture.' That I do not have time for.
And he doesnt do that. So thats fine.
He also brings his people with him to do them… he basically hangs with his buddies for a few months somewhere. Lately, somewhere really nice.

Again...yeah. Thats pretty much exactly what he does. And its not like he's 'being sneaky' about it either.
You pay Sandler, he rounds up his pals they go on a tropical vacation, bang out a film while they're there and when they come back they hand you a film they made.
Thats the deal. Theres no secrets.
Again...he's honest about what he's doing. I'm not going to pay to see that crap, but some people love it and will, and it invariably makes money...somehow. So its a great deal for all involved.
Sandler makes money, Studio makes money, Studio pays for Sandler's holiday. Its a pretty sweet deal.

I am sorry, I am no expert on Indian culture...but that movie looks fan-goddamned-tastic.
That looks amazing.

Are you sure you don't have a crudely drawn "Indian Culture Expert" degree somewhere?

Woah there...that would be culturally insensitive.
