Besides, every time sureloss is surelossed it creates a quantum fluctuation in the space/time fabric that jams up the server, and it really complicates our calculation for how many Calaway Park vouchers he gets.

Having signed Quine and Turris, how much cap space can the Oilers have left for this? I they those aren't large contracts, but the Oilers didn't have much room to manuever.

Hopefully the Flames and Markstrom camps are all on a zoom call watching a video the Flames made of the oilers trying to play defense, particularly mcavi and raisaitl, and are just laughing and laughing while the finish up the details of his new contract with Calgary.

They can't make moves assuming Klefblom will be on LTIR yet if he's hoping to play which it sounds like is the case as long as he doesn't have the surgery. He comes back mid season and they would be in huge trouble.

They have less than $6M left and have to re-sign Bear. So it looks like they have about $2.5M to work with. They are going to do this signing on the premise that Klefbom provides some cap relief on LTIR, even though they need to add two bodies on the back end as well to make up for that.
