21 is more than old enough to expect result's in today's NHL. He's has 164 games under his belt. I'm not saying he's done developing but he's starting to be a real disappointment.

The "blood" rule is dumb anyway. 2 or 4 minutes should depend on the action, not whether the guy bled or not.
