and he drew a penalty for his team to have a chance to score on a PP?!

it was the correct call. it was clearly interference...

I don't have any problem with the over the glass penalty. It doesn't happen during a casual zone clear.

Pressure leads to a mistake which leads to a powerplay. Modern hockey is a game of capitalizing on mistakes.

Lol you are acting like he made some brilliant tactical decision to draw a penalty. It was a moronic decision and he got himself injured.

Maybe I'm biased but I like it being a penalty.

1 minute makes sense though.

but he didn't get injured did he?

he made a decision to avoid getting hit, something any player would do...

even pens fans acknowledge it was a penalty...

geez... look over the previous posts; everyone thinks you must be joking....or you're clearly a pens fan

Talk about Mr. Clutch...

Justin Williams has 14 goals in 19 elimination games.

Agree in that.

Issue is that for the most part the NHL will let you murder a guy with all the stick work come playoff time and there will be no call.

I don't mind them letting a little more go in the playoffs but it is getting pretty ridiculous, especially in close games.

Who is in the last 20 years had been as clutch as Williams in the post season? I recall Claude Lemieux being a comparably clutch playoff performer too but my memory may be off...
