i just woke up and this is fantastic news!
Awesome.
And thanks to everyone for posting in the thread. TSN's website doesn't have the update yet, but as per usual, CP has the scoop.

i've also noticed Milos getting a fair bit of love from ESPN this tournament. I wonder if it has something to do with his planning to play in the NBA all star celebrity game.
Great to see.

Great win for Milos. He dismantled Monfils, but Murray is an entirely different story. I am sure the Wawrinka win gave him a lot of confidence. Hopefully he can bring out all the guns. Good luck Milos!!!

what is his record against Murray?
Also, Nestor into the Semis.

3-3.
Most recent meeting was last year on clay in the QF of the Madrid Masters, where Murray won 6-4 7-5.
Last time Milos beat Murray was 2012 in the SF of the Tokyo Outdoor. Obviously a moot point now, given how much time has passed.

ESPN has been trying to somewhat claim Raonic as a sort of "North American hero" since men's tennis is mostly a wasteland for Americans right now. It's either cheerlead for Raonic or hang their hat on Isner - and everyone knows Isner is just a mid-card guy at best.

Murray-Raonic should be a great match. I suspect both guys are going to go in feeling good about their chances.
Also, a win will move Raonic back into the top 10 in the world rankings. He'd stand 11th if Murray takes it.

i think in all 6 matches Murray and Milos have played one of them has been hurt.
so this one tomorrow, they're both healthy and in form
