Brodie is lost on the pp. Him and Wideman have no chemistry together.

I wrote the above before the goal but ill post it anyways. Really think they don't work well together.

Awh the Detroit announcers sounded so depressed when they said " another 2 goal lead for Calgary".

I can't believe I'm saying this but I don't think they're going to lose this one.

Cervenka's patience the play before widemans goal gave me stank face. That was just incredibly mature play. This will get lost in widemans random wristshot from the point. But Oh man that was some GREAT play by a guy who's never played in the NHL before this season.

How long has it been since Flames had offense from the back end like this? Great to see. Somewhat ruined by going deaf from Kerr's surprise goal call.

The red wings commentators accused Iginla of being a diver, saying he feel intentionally on the infraction that led to the penalty shot.

Calgary looking good. Getting some goals unlike the last two games. Keep it up for one more period

Wideman has been a beauty. I hope all the pundits who were mud-slinging Feaster and the Flames over this signing while lauding Garrison in Vancouver are watching.

Nice to see the Flames working hard to regain the lead instead of the last couple of season where they would always collapse like a cheap tent. The work ethic on this team is impressive. All they need is a hard-earned win to give them some confidence.

He's awkward tonight. Using the wrong tense for different verbs to describe the play. Maybe it was a long flight to Detroit.
