At no point in time do I ever filter what comes out of my mouth. It's a problem for me in terms of pissing people off, but in real life, normal people don't go around punching people who says something rude to them. In fact, it has never happened to me, and I can count on one hand the times I have witnessed it. Maybe I just don't hang around with testosterone fueled apes though.

Online, I have the ability to read what I am saying before I hit post, or shortly afterward. I think that ability actually tempers what I say here.

Looking for a baseball equipment bag for my step-son.
Something that has lots of different pockets and will hold his bats and other equipment. He needs one in time for a tournament that he's participating in Labour Day weekend (2012 Alberta SPN National) here in Calgary. He wants something in the $200 range.
Gone to a couple of places but they don't have much right now as hockey equipment has pretty well taken over the floor space.

Any suggestions?

Since you're in okotoks, there's a little baseball equipment shop out at the slo-pitch diamonds a little east of town (On-deck, I think it's called). I'd phone first before going out there, and I have no idea what their hours are, but they might have something that would work for you.

Does anybody know what the oil and gas reserves of Quebec are and the number of refineries they have active and under construction?

Does anyone know the answer to this? I'm thinking no, because sound is just waves of vibrating particles.

It's affected by temperature, so it could be indirectly affected by gravity as hot / cold air particles rise and fall respectively. But otherwise it's more about how the medium through which the sound waves travel is affected by gravity.

Has Tiger Woods ever had three eagles in one round? This came up today on the golf course.

Wikipedia says that he did so in college. I don't know how many times he has done it, if any more.

EDIT: never mind, did my search, and didn't realize that i wasn't on Tiger Woods' page.

EDIT2: This page claims to be an interview with Tiger woods, and he answers yes to ever having a round with three eagles. Likely not an officailly scored round though at a tournament.

Possession and acquisition licence is up in December. The RCMP is updating their website and has taken that info down for the past few weeks. Inseem to remember reading last year that they would send something in the mail to renew, however i really don't want to rely on that. Does anyone have the form for renewal?

I think I will have to call them, just a little difficult during the day lately.

If an individual’s licence is about to expire and they have not received a form to renew or replace it, they should call 1-800-731-4000 to confirm that the Canadian Firearms Program (CFP) has their correct address on file. At the same time, they may request a form or download one from the CFP Website. Form RCMP 5614 is used to renew a POL or PAL that has not yet expired. Form RCMP 5592 is used if the licence has already expired.

Anybody know an easy way to sell a used car without much hassle? I got a leased vehicle through my job and need to get rid of my old car.

Its a 04 Mazda 3 GT, 5 speed, fully loaded, after market heated seats and summer/winter tires/rims. It only has ~62000 KM on it.

I'm not looking for a top of the line price (but also not a total rip off), I just don't want to go through the hassle of scammers and having randoms driving around my car.

Any idea where to start?

You will get lots of scammers if it goes on Kijiji or Auto Trader. It's just the name of the game. They're really easy to spot though.

Did you hear helicopters? We saw the same thing Saturday, and we figured it was Chinese lanterns. Especially after we saw what looked like a couple burn out and fall to the ground.
