In a lot of ways I wished someone had attacked me in the A&W Bear suit. That would have been comedy Gold. You cant defend yourself in that thing, but it can take a lot of punishment.

If you thought this season would have a happy ending, you haven't been paying attention.
Bad Monkey ended with a wet fart but the first season was pretty good overall if you like Vince Vaughn doing a slightly toned down version of his swingers character. I do indeed care for that particular flavour of idiot and liked the show well enough to watch it every week.
I think Apple renews shows sometimes too so maybe there’ll even be a second season. You never know.
The narrator mentioned a second season and he seemed to have a good handle on things.
Watched the first two episodes of Disclaimer. I’m hooked. Cate Blanchette excellent as usual, Borat was well cast and plays his role well and Kevin Kline is deviously good.
I enjoyed it waaaay more so far than the rather disappointing other apple mystery/thriller series Lady in the Lake which I found to be a slog and a huge letdown.
The Following User Says Thank You to Cecil Terwilliger For This Useful Post:
I would watch a show about an Occupational Health and Safety Officer spending time inspecting the Yellowstone Ranch.
Kayaking incidents, snake bites, some pretty loose rules surrounding the bunk house, child labour and a generally flagrant attitude towards labour laws entirely. A flagrant disregard for fire issues and lack of extinguishers, no policies regarding physical abuse and....
"Show me this 'Train Station' I'm looking but I dont see any tracks or a local station on this here map...."
Oh. They'll show you the train station alright.
Its interesting. 'The Bear' changed my perspective. That show was a scary accurate depiction of Kitchen work, with which I have extensive experience so when we watch it someone can say:
"It can't be like that."
Whereas I can say..."Its exactly like that. Been there, done that and still get the nightmares."
But of all of my jobs, I have never worked on a Ranch. My sister has, but I haven't. So....
"It can't be like that...?"
Or can it?

You are cruel. You are a cruel bastard. This show is brutal.
Everything is amazingly well done, the acting is top notch, but its an emotional massacre.

there is absolutely zero chance they have a plan to explain or resolve this show
Apparently theyve had it plotted out to run 5 seasons since the begining so that gives me hope. I binged the first 2 seasons and didnt mind the slow burn as I was plowing through episodes . Now that Im waiting week to week in season 3 it sure feels alot slower but I enjoy the story enough Im not worried that Ill lose interest.
