Dube's numbers this year were pretty skewed by the huge scoring bender he went on at the end of the season. I'm not convinced it's legit. I don't think he's as good a skater as Crouse, and he's certainly nowhere near as physical.
We'll see. I wouldn't be opposed to having both on the team.

Dube hasn’t cracked any top 6 time that I can remember, and still put up similar numbers. I am just not sure the progression is that different. Convince me.
Dube is playing on a team that's consistently had better players for him to work with, while Crouse has had to develop in Arizona-a perrenial tire fire.

Really? Dube can fly, I think his skating is his strongest attribute.
Looking at Crouse highlights, his skating looks very average.

Dellandrea would be good. I think Sutter would like him.
I would li e to have two waivers exempt players that wouldn't be useless if called up. Damiani also has captained and won in the whl, and has success through hard work and energy. Something like valimaki and a 5th for dellandrea and Damiani would be really savvy.

Ferland was relatively fast ... I think some bigger guys get unfairly cast as average skaters because they have more awkward mechanics and more cargo to carry.
Crouse can really move. He'd have no problem keeping up with Huberdeau and Lindholm and I think he'd add some sandpaper to that line.
But ... I think Arizona probably ends up keeping him.

Barclay Goodrow's cap hit is 3.6mil, and he's not nearly as good as Crouse. I too would like Pelletier to make the team, but wouldn't he play more confidently with more beef skating alongside him? Size is still important.
We pay Coleman 4.9M, and he's got similar style and numbers.

Yes… we spend far too much on our bottom 6 forwards, maybe the most in the league.
Coleman was 3rd liner making 4.9
Monahan on 4th making 6.375
Lucic on 4th making 5.25
Our bottom 6 should include ELC’s and low value depth guys/vets and bolster our top 6.
Dube/Ruzika/Pelletier/Lewis/Rooney/Monahan/Lucic to fill out the bottom 6.
Assuming our top currently sits as:
Huby-Lindy-Toffoli
Mang-Backlund-Coleman
We really need an impact C which is why I think the Flames were/are in on Kadri still potentially.
He would be a redundant addition that doesn't move the needle.
2C or top 6 winger, way better place to put 4mil+.
I have no doubt that Crouse is a top-6 winger-he had 20 goals in 65 games playing for the Coyotes. This past year, as a 25 yo, his numbers were very similar to Mangiapane's when he was 25 (32 pts in 56 games), and both had similar goal-scoring rates (.32 for Mang, .3 for Crouse).

Man, people already want to trade Coronato. Johnny, Fox and Chucky really made our fans paranoid about Americans huh?
You listed three star players, all who left in the span of a few years, two in the last month. Yes, we should be paranoid. The end of your sentence perfectly explained the first half.
